Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard most UK organisations work to.
What we've done
- Every part of the booking form can be used with a keyboard, and every field has a clear label.
- Error messages are read out by screen readers, and explain how to fix the problem.
- Text and buttons have strong colour contrast, and buttons are large enough to tap easily.
- You can zoom the page up to 400% without losing content.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, our moving decorations and animations are switched off.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
Known limitations
- Address suggestions come from OpenStreetMap and may not include every UK address. You can always type your address in full instead.
